“Tailored to its users and their activities, allows invest each euro in what you really need, the most economical way of making architecture. A basic housing in detail but rich in light, space and life.
The house adapts its rooms to the special shape of the plot without losing functionality or aesthetics. Its setting squeezes all the possibilities of its surroundings in a duality: extroverted for areas with more activity and introverted to the quieter areas.
The ground floor has a 100 m2 (1,076 ft2) living area in which are combined living room dining room and kitchen. An area that extends outside to a pergola to enjoy the sights, an outdoor kitchen and pool, making the terrace of the house. The ground floor has a large painting studio for its inhabitants. With openings for all orientations allows for various qualities of light at all hours of the day.
The top floor is for the night and resting area. The master suite consists of a continuous space that integrates a bedroom, a bathroom, dressing room and office area. The room is open and enjoys light in all directions, a small shelter of tranquility for their owners. On the same floor, a spacious guest room with all amenities, for the luckiest friends who enjoy the same comforts that the owners.
Simple materials, and geometries, spatial richness and natural light define this house as the perfect resting place for its occupants. A villa to enjoy the good weather, landscape and nature from magnificent architecture.”
